All Sales of Final
Some types of businesses sell products you can return if unsatisfied. In the cannabis business, we don’t.
We promise to deliver the best quality we can find, but due to the nature of cannabis sales, we can’t take returns or issue refunds if you are dissatisfied with a product (with the exception of certain non-cannabis merchandise items).
All cannabis and mushrooms sales are final, but in some instances, we can offer in-store credit points/discounts that can be applied to future orders. Please see our FAQ page for details and let us know if you have any questions before buying! We’re happy to help!
Billing and Shipping Addresses
When making a purchase, you must either use the billing address defaulted to the shipping destination or enter a valid shipping address if different from the billing address.
We do not ship outside of Canada.
You must confirm that you’ve double-checked all addresses and entered the correct shipping address into the shipping field. Crystal Cloud 9 is not responsible for shipping errors due to an incorrect address provided to us.
Signature on Delivery
All orders over $250 automatically require a Signature on Delivery to ensure their safe arrival.
If you opt-out of this service (by using our notes section), your shipment will not be covered or protected from theft or loss, and Crystal Cloud 9 cannot be held liable.
We highly encourage our customers to shop smart and use the Signature on Delivery service feature so that your package won’t be left at your address without someone to accept and secure it.
Updates to Product Information
We strive to ensure our website is continually up-to-date with the most accurate product information. As with any online merchant, we may feature an outdated piece of data or make a typo.
For this reason, we can’t guarantee every listing is 100% complete or current 24/7, though that is our goal, and we welcome any inputs and comments from customers that help us improve!
