Like its namesake, this Indica offers users the chance to taste the rainbow — but as it turns out, Zkittlez Shatter lets everyone see a rainbow too. Depending on the phenotype, the plant’s chunky and thick flowers appear in various greens and purples, with vibrant orange hairs (or pistils). The eye-catching purple tones are the result of significant concentrations of anthocyanin pigments. The trimmed flowers have a characteristically Indica structure, tight and densely packed, with small leaves. Finally, a dusting of cloudy crystal trichomes ensures both psychoactivity and stickiness.
Its aroma is where Zkittlez Shatter beams. When optimally cured, Zkittlez’s flowers give off a kind of sweet-sour funk. A second smell unveils slightly more distinct notes of lemon and berry. Grinding up or breaking open the flowers enhances the strain’s more sour notes, resulting in a kind of skunky quality. When combusted in a joint or pipe, the flowers burn with an enjoyable and easily-inhaled smoke. Upon exhale, this light smoke tastes fruity and grape-like. Notably, any detectable grape flavours are coincidental to the strain’s purple colouring because the plant’s colour is determined by pigmentation, while terpenes determine its flavour profile.
Due to factors out of our power, such as the summer heat, humidity and time, there is a chance that the Shatter you ordered could turn to budder or wax when you receive it.
Shatter turning to wax or budder is common when exposed to heat; however, it does not make the Shatter less safe or potent in this form. If anything, the terpenes and aromatics will be more present if this happens, and the flavour is improved.
*Kindly note that we do not offer any reimbursement or refunds if your Zkittlez Shatter turns to budder or wax.
